At VQZ Carbon, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, clean, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in resellable condition, free from dirt, scratches, or any signs of use.
  • A refund request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or are not in a clean, resellable condition are not eligible for refunds.

3. Return Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at vqzcarbon@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  2. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • This fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover handling and processing costs.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or special-order parts.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Used, installed, or altered products.
  • Any product that is not clean or in resellable condition.
  • Any product damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it must go through the return process outlined above.
